The past year has most likely been challenging for most of us due to the pandemic that hit us and that has been affecting us ever since. However, around this time of year, we tend to look back and flash forward to what is yet to come. And we are hopeful. Even though last year’s aftermath may still be felt, especially by those who have lost, the start of a new year is also a bit magical as we get to express gratitude to others we work with so the New Year offers us a blank canvas of sorts. If English is not your native tongue, and you want to find the right words to express gratitude or just want to express wishes for co-workers, I am here to help you strike the right note using the right wording because today will probably be the first working day since the Christmas Break.
